What is your return and exchange policy?

If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 7 days of the invoice date for exchange. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging are in good condition before sending them over. For bags and accesories, we are only able to accept unused and unwashed items that still have their tags on.

I received my order, but there's a problem! What do I do?

Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well. We will make sure to replace it for you at no extra cost.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Then we would send you details on how to proceed.

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been returned. Return processing will proceed once you send to us a copy of waybill from third party courier of the return item.

Can I return my order again for the second time?

Yes, but you will shoulder the return/replacement shipping fee. We only offer free returns for first return transaction.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 7 days of the invoice date for exchange.
